What happens to my resume after I upload it?
It is parsed to plain text, scored, and stored privately so we can build your rebuild if you buy one. It is never shared, sold, or used for anything else, and we delete it the moment you ask.
Why is the scan free?
Because the score sells the fix. Most people who see a 60 want it to be a 95, and some of them hire us to get there. The report is genuinely complete either way; you can fix everything yourself with it.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, DOCX, and TXT work best. On iPhone, tap the upload area and choose a file from Files, iCloud, or Google Drive. Old binary .doc files and Pages files should be exported to PDF first.
My score was already high. Should I still care?
A 90+ means the robots can read you; it says nothing about whether the words are working. That is what the keyword report and the Concierge strategy call are for.
Do you auto-apply to jobs for me?
